Adam Greenblatt Speaks to the People Involved with BetMGM
“We are closely monitoring developments with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and have already seen major disruptions in schedules for sports leagues worldwide. Given all that is going on, we wanted to provide an update.
“We will continue to offer all of our products across BetMGM and Borgata, including our wide range of casino games as well as our sports betting offering, for sports events still occurring. We will continue to work closely with our league partners as the situation evolves.
“We are committed to helping resolve any issues you may face as a result of the changes in the sporting calendar. If you had wagers on an individual or upcoming game that has already been cancelled or one that has already been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. These refunds will automatically be credited to your account. More information can be found, but if you have any questions or issues in the meantime, I encourage you to reach out to our incredible customer service team.
“As you all know, this remains a complicated and rapidly evolving situation. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we deal with the daily changes. We are committed to keeping you informed, as needed, going forward.
“Most importantly. The well-being of our customers remains our highest priority and our thoughts go out to all who have been affected.”
